One of our customers from Edmonton, Canada, runs his own auto repair shop in the local area. We customized the TU1416-79 model based on the performance of the thermal actuator data provided by him. This actuator is a squeeze-push type structure. The advantages of this structure are long stroke distance and high reliability. It is the first choice for engine thermal management systems. The working principle of squeeze-push type thermal actuators is that the heat is gradually melted and expanded, and then transmitted to the piston through squeeze, so that the piston gradually shifts.
