The thermal element of the air compressor is a key part of the temperature control valve of
the screw air compressor.
When the temperature of the medium changes, the wax volume in the thermal element
expands or contracts.
When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the heat-
sensitive material expands and pushes the valve core downward to close the valve, reducing
the flow of the heat medium.
When the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the heat-
sensitive material shrinks, and the return spring pushes the valve core to open, increasing the
flow of the heat medium.
