One of our customers from Edmonton, Canada, runs his own auto repair shop in the local
area. We customized the TU1416-79 model based on the performance of the thermal
actuator data provided by him.
This actuator is a squeeze-push type structure. The advantages of this structure are long
stroke distance and high reliability. It is the first choice for engine thermal management
systems.
The working principle of squeeze-push type thermal actuators is that the heat is gradually
melted and expanded, and then transmitted to the piston through squeeze, so that the piston
gradually shifts. When the temperature drops, the external spring ensures that the piston
returns.
Force required by Thermal Actuator: ___530_____N.
